The tooth gear design of the camper scissor jack arms ensures straight line vertical extension and retraction, allowing the jack to raise quickly and the crank handle to turn easily. This makes the jack easy to use.

Without your scissor jacks engaged, there's a lot of movement in your trailer. With your scissor jacks engaged, all that extra movement is gone. If your trailer is out of level, you can use your scissor jacks to level it.
